FOUNDERS
Elena and Valeria have been friends for a long time, having first met while studying in London. During their university days, they bonded over their shared passion for well-being. Elena earned her master’s degree in Human Resources from the London School of Economics and gained valuable experience in recruitment and talent development. Eventually, she followed her heart into the wellness world and became a certified yoga instructor. Valeria, after completing her master's degree, she began her career at a marketing agency where she perfected her skills in understanding people's needs and building meaningful connections. Later, she found her voice on social media, creating a lively community by sharing her love for fashion, wellness and healthy living.
Years later, they discovered a shared goal: to promote balanced living and help others. They noticed a gap in the wellness market—a need for a holistic platform where people could easily connect with experts in sleep, nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness.
That's how AMA came to life. With a vision to create a welcoming wellness space, Elena and Valeria wanted to empower people on their wellness journeys. Today, as a female-driven company, AMA is a true reflection of Elena and Valeria’s commitment to building a supportive wellness community. Together, they work hard to make the journey toward a healthier life not only accessible but also enjoyable for everyone.
